Vach Hovsepyan is SVP of Customer Success at ServiceTitan where he oversees all aspects of the post-sale customer journey. He has been with the company for four years and has been an integral part of its scale and growth. Prior to ServiceTitan, Vach did management consulting for PwC in the banking technology sectors. Vach holds a Masters Degree from the Marshal School of Business at USC and an undergrad in Finance from Cal State University Northridge.
