I’m Meg. This year I’ve been busy redesigning a financial application for billing clients. I've worked for companies large and small, on a contract, freelance or full time basis. I completed an MA in Telecommunications in the mid 90's and worked in an agency before moving on to a position at Thompson Reuters where I was known as "the GUI Girl". Along the way, I've worked across the entire spectrum of UX as front end webdev, visual and interaction designer, information architect, research and UX Lead. As a lead, I've put together teams for projects that have ranged from help centers to online grocery delivery and just about everything in between. My goal is always to parse the hard problems and provide simple, elegant solutions to make users' experiences positive and pleasurable, thereby improving a business' bottom line and/or relationship with the customer.
